How to choose the output file format?

We provide a variety of file formats for users to download. Users can choose the appropriate file format to download according to their needs.

PDF file: PDF files can be generated in a single label per page or multiple labels per page format. If you need to use a label printer to print labels, you can download a single label per page PDF file. If you are using a regular printer, you can download a multiple labels per page PDF file and choose to print on A4 adhesive label paper.

PNG image: PNG is a bitmap that becomes blurry when enlarged. It can be used for general printing or web display.

SVG image: SVG images are vector files that can be infinitely scaled without distortion. They can be used for web display or editing with image editing software.

SVG images change font when opened

SVG images use the user's font when displaying text. If the SVG does not contain the font installed on your computer or phone, it will be displayed as the default font or not at all. The solution is to manually download and install the corresponding font.

How to open downloaded ZIP compressed file？

Currently, most operating systems have the function of opening ZIP compressed files. In Windows 10 or 11, you only need to double-click the ZIP file, then click "Extract all" and select a folder to extract all the files. You can also download third-party unzip software such as 7-zip to unzip the ZIP file.
