1. Are the website services free? How do you charge?

Yes, some of our services are free. You can generate a single barcode or QR code on the homepage for free, unlimited times. However, batch generation services (barcodes, QR codes, labels, etc.) are billed by the number of data rows entered. No fees are charged for downloading output files after generation. For example, if you enter 100 data rows on the batch barcode generation page, 100 points will be automatically deducted after successful generation. Downloading different file types is not charged.

2. What are points and how are they calculated?

Points are a convenient way to charge for services on our website. They are similar to a universal resource pack. Users can purchase points to their accounts and then use them to consume these points when using various services on our website. The default value of one point is 0.01 USD. When purchasing, users can choose different specifications of point packages to get certain discounts.

New users will automatically be given 100 points after registration.

3. Are there any restrictions on batch generation services?

Currently, the maximum number of barcodes or labels that can be generated at one time is 500. The maximum number of elements in each label is 50.
