Printting labels FAQs

Last modified at: 2023-09-11

How to print labels?

First, you need a printer. If you need to stick barcodes or labels to packages or devices, you should use a label printer and select the appropriate size of label paper. If you are using a common inkjet or laser printer, you can also use different sizes of paper, or purchase A4-sized adhesive label paper as an alternative to a label printer.

The step to print labels

When designing labels, you should first set the label size to match the size of your label paper. After generating, you can click "View and Print All Labels" or download the PDF file to print. In the pop-up print dialog box, select your printer, select the corresponding paper size, print direction, and content layout in the page; to avoid wasting paper due to incorrect print settings, you can generate a small number of labels or only print the first few pages for testing. After printing, check if the label content is correct and complete, and if the barcodes and QR codes on the label can be scanned successfully. If there are no problems, you can then generate and print in large quantities.
